I care about making beautiful, high-performing work that is system-based on the back end and tells a story on the front end. I love my job because I get to whittle away at big old problems until they become pixel-small shapes that just make sense.
Within the office, I value the complexities that are often necessary to get a good result; the ones that live inbetween the start and end of a problem and require patience, engagement, humility, and excitement to get right. I am learning Ai! (and hophop in my weekly dance class)
The wiser I get in my career the more passionate I’ve become about promoting products that create good in the world.
